Who we are

This is a Non-profit, Non-political, and non-Governmental Social Development Organization for the service of the welfare and development of the society. This society will work for the implementation of its following aims and objectives for the service of the people at the grassroots level irrespective of casts, creed, region, race, disability, age, or religion.

Legal aid & Human Development Foundation is a Non- Government, Nonpolitical, Charitable, Voluntary, Social & Human Rights Organization. It has been working Voluntarily Service for many years. Legal aid & Human Development Foundation is working in Italy, Bangladesh and abroad. The Organization has 20 (Twenty) Thousand Volunteers working for the service of the people in Bangladesh and 100 more in Italy Office & 2000 in aboard. This Organization is enlisted by the NGO Branch- Department of Social and Economic Affairs in the United Nations. The Organization has been registered by the Government of Italy. The organization is working for the welfare of helpless legal & Illegal Immigrants, Poor peoples, Neglected, Destitute, and Helpless people in Bangladesh, Italy & many countries. The Organization has a Central Committee in Italy & also has Divisional, District, City Corporation, Municipal, and Police Station Committee for Service legal aid with penal lawyers In Bangladesh.

On the other hand, training for Members about Human rights, Human development, and Small industrial inter lunar with jointly ministry of industry Bangladesh Tanning (NPO), Tanning Programs for skill development, Human resource management, Legal rights and awareness program, and General Knowledge for Utility buildup in law. This organization seeks to make awareness of human rights to empower citizens to negotiate their rights. Our Organization is also providing free Legal Aid Service, Mediation, Education, Food, Training, climate change issue, and Human Rights matters.

Our Mission
Our mission is to make sure all young people and children get all the support they need, when they need it, no matter what it is.
  1. To lead the activities of building up the nation for the sake of country and people.
  2. To conduct participatory action research activities on poverty, marginalization, and development.
  3. To find out an appropriate strategy for poverty alleviation.
  4. To facilitate social actions to eradicate poverty, ignorance, and underdevelopment.
  5. To promote knowledge-based community through media and Information Technology for disadvantaged people and community.
  6. To inform people about the existing law and policy in favor of people.
  7. To facilitate the marginalized population of the society to search the way of raising voice for pro-poor policymaking for development.
  8. To facilitate various types of activism on human rights, advocacy, awareness-raising.
  9. To facilitate social activism in favor of disadvantaged and deprived population.
  10. To facilitate people to establish accountability of service-providing organizations for better service.
  11. To inform, educate, and mobilize people for basic rights and human rights.
  12. To support local press and media to ensure information flow in favor of peripheral people.
  13. To facilitate the establishment of community radio to disseminate necessary information and views for better livelihood and development.
  14. To publish various types of documents, newsletters, documentaries on rights, media, education, gender, development.
  15. To facilitate advocacy, lobby and seek alliances for policy formulation and reform.
  16. To facilitate the formulation of coastal development policy.
Our Vision
We want to build a world where no child or youth feels alone and gets every possible help they need as soon as possible.
  1. To facilitate the voice of the poor to facilitate and participate in survival strategies of the rural poor to gain socioeconomic sustainability and a better livelihood standard.
  2. To minimize the digital divide by assisting community ITC centers.
  3. To enhance monitoring of media coverage and promote information flow.
  4. To build rapport, mutual friendship, networking, sharing, and mutual exchange of love and affection among all members and staff, partner organizations, community people, civil society to form unity, assistance, tolerance, community, and brotherhood at every level.
  5. To arrange different programs and initiatives to promote a sound, healthy, and creative cultural movement to remold native culture.
  6. To make a full cordial attempt to remove violence against women, dowry customs, etc., and include special educational programs for rights issues, governance issues, gender issues, women empowerment, etc.
  7. To adopt various voluntary works and initiatives such as cleanliness campaigns, tree plantation campaigns, EPI camps, programs against city environmental pollution, voluntary blood donation ceremonies, eye treatment and donation programs, campaigns for good governance, globalization movement, fair trade movement, and local/national/international issue-based rights movements, etc.
  8. To receive grants, donations, loans, technical expertise, or any other help needed for its smooth operation, functioning, and development, and for the overall betterment of the disadvantaged targeted community including women, surroundings, and environment, from personal, local, and international donor agencies, financial organizations, autonomous bodies, banks, government, local government authorities.
  9. To implement human and legal rights of distressed peoples.
  10. To prevent child and female abuse and provide all sorts of legal services in these regards.
  11. To prevent human trafficking and build awareness among the people.
  12. To establish rights of industrial and maritime labor and workers and provide them legal aid to ensure their minimum wages and facilities.
  13. To prevent environmental pollution and protect against the greenhouse effect.
  14. To work for Sustainable Development, providing food, free medical camps and medicine, blood donation campaign facilities.
  15. To facilitate training and workshop programs for legal and human rights protection, entrepreneurship, human resource management, women empowerment, youth skill development program, training program.
  16. To conduct voluntary education and literacy programs for slum and street children.
  17. To conduct awareness programs for birth control and matrimonial safety, as well as fire prevention and firefighting, etc.
